Wow! It's perfect for me. I found my place for face 2 face. It's perfect, Monday nights at 7:30pm. Monday nights are my drinking nights because that is when my son is with his dad. And then I can go every other week-end around Raleigh which is also when my son is gone. Very excited to see others like me!!

That is great. No SMART meetings. Or LifeRing, or anything else other than AA meetings where I live in SE Mass. (though I haven't checked on SMART in a while. ) i am also a grateful member of Al-Anon, and that is very helpful overall. I have also started journalling again, which I find gives me clarity in my non-drinking life. Good luck. Let us know how your meeting goes.

Glad you found one you like! We have no smart meetings around here either. I know how good it feels to find a place of belonging in recovery. It feels safe and comforting and freeing. I'm truly happy for you
