Another party, no drinks

I went to another party, first thing in the door was an offer of wine. I did not take a glass and spotted club soda in the fridge. I grabbed that. And of course, nobody cared that I did not drink. A party is always a shock sober, because I was always drunk at parties before. It was nice driving home sober too. No chance of a DUI. If I can do it so can you! I'm over 250 days now, and feeling better all the time about stopping. It is a new life in many ways. Thanks SR!

Congratulations, Awesome job!

P.s. it's weird though how everybodies drink on here mainly was (or is) wine, wine is something I never drank besides MD a few times and maybe once or twice wine coolers

Nice job.

Not drinking at parties took a while to get used to.

I was almost always the drunkest guy in the room.

Now you find me by the desert tray.

Good eats is better than booze for sure.

Thanks.
