turn your walking in to a RUN

Hello to all
I am a newbie on the site.
Here since march being doing well enough.
I particularly like two threads where you can post alot in the newcomer section : the 24h and the monthly classes. Seen as in between my excesses of drink and drugs I also overdose on sport I was thinking of this idea and wanted to put out a feeler. Basically you can write a little post about your walk, run, training session, gym class, hike, cycle... anything really. I find that little rituals help alot and the more time i spend here the better.
Maybe it exists already.

I don't do as much exercise as I should, for various reasons, but I do like a scooter ride

Welcome theVman31, the link that Dee posted will send you to a thread that I am active on. It's an excellent one, started by Soberwolf.

The wonderful people use the thread to check in with what exercise or moving the body routines they are planning for the day and what they accomplish, etc. The thread is for accountability exercise ideas, motivation, overcoming roadblocks, and friendship.

It doesn't matter if you are heavy into exercising or if you are just getting started. Check it out.

Have a terrific Thursday.

I think I will check the thread out also. Running or anything active is the core of my "sobriety", of course other than keeping alcohol out of my system. Does things for my "head" as much as my body.
