First incredibly itchy now horrendous taste in my mouth

Itchy with a very horrendous taste in my mouth- things seem to be going from bad to worse has anyone had experiences with this incredibly bad taste does it go away as well - please let it be yes I could not live with this - this is day four in which I seem to be getting put through a sensory wringer -

My only advise is water. I'm on day 108 and drink plenty of water...somewhere around 150+ ounces a day. It has also helped me with weight loss.
