My introduction!
Hi! I'm 23 and a heavy cannabis user, I've been using it from between 15 to presently, but I'm starting to plan my quitting. I know I'm gonna need quite a bit of support, motivation and kind words at the time as I can be my own worst enemy sometimes :') I'm intending on also kind of detoxing my body at the same time so any tips there would also be much appreciated

I think you are making a great decision. I was my own worst enemy, too, and if I had not been able to find a little kindness, I would not be here today. You can be assured of finding kindness and compassion here. We do understand how hard this is.

I smoked more or less dai;y gfot nearly 30 years so I understand how easy it is to get hooked and how hard it is to break away again.

Hi AP! I was also a heavy pot user, celebrated 1 month clean yesterday. And I too, wanted to detox. Healthy food, lots of water and sweat was what I did. Lots of physical activity and perspiring. Saunas work too. Sleep can be a big problem and nightmares can be problematic.
