Day 4
Just woke up, didn't drink on a Friday, which only happened a few times in the last 2 years,,,feeling hopeful. I'll be trying (again) to find a decent AA meeting today, but the last few attempts did not work. I'll keep trying, and I also have SR now to help, which it does...

Very low energy meetings and people there from work that I don't want to share in front of (the problem with living in a rural area). I will be trying the city I live closest to.

when i was new i went to many many meetings all around the area to (like you) find ones i was comfortable at
i always prefered the young peoples high energy meetings
i still go to a meeting everyday

Great job on day four and that first sober Friday. Think how great it will feel on Monday when you wake up from your first sober weekend.
