2 days sober after relapse

I've been dealing with extreme insomnia. I take Trezadone but it only keeps me sleep for four hours or less. I also have melatonin that I take but it barely works either. I try tea and reading at night but still nothing. I know its going to take quite a while before I'm back on a regular schedule. But this sucks, I'm starting to feel exhausted throughout the day. Coffee barely works either. I'm gonna suck it up and deal with it because I know it's part of getting sober. I will continue to try and excel in my sobriety one day at a time.

Yeah it does suck. But you know the drill. Try taking the melatonin with the Trazedone (ask your dr). I take Seroquil with melatonin and it works great.

I've been taking a supplement called Lithium Orotate. I came across it sort of accidentally while looking up supplements to curve mood swings. It dramatically helped that and my sleeping disorder as well. Just throwing it out there.
