Picking up the pieces

Its like clockwork.
The binge starts, the binge ends, the detox happens and then i spend the next however long rebuilding what was lost in the fire.
This cant happen again.
P.s- 9 days.
Love you guys x

'This can't happen again' - that's exactly how I felt after my last binge over 8 yrs. ago. You are going to do this Dim.
