I didn't drink yesterday

I didn't smoke a cigarette, either. However, I slept a lot. It's a start in trying to find out who I am. Today isn't so good. Once I had a cigarette, I had a beer. I try to stay busy, but I get overwhelmed and shut down. It's a process and I'm so blessed to have found SR to help me now.

I'm also quitting both alcohol and cigarettes. Today is day four of the alcohol and day 2 of no smoking. We can do it just have control over your mind.

I'm glad you joined us. It's not easy to stop drinking, but you will find lots of support here. It's probably a good idea to get rid of the alcohol in the house.
