Hello, everyone. I'm new here. I've decided it's time for me to put drinking in the past once and for all. Unfortunately, I've been dealing with this for well over ten years. I was able to make some progress on my own over the years, but I was never able to put it behind me for good. I'm tired of fighting and losing. It's time for a change. There seems to be a lot of good ideas and support here. I'm hopeful . Thanks.

The Lions came out of nowhere and won the first game this year. Now, I know about as much about football as I do garden slugs. But I do know that it is possible to turn losing into winning. Now, unlike the Lions, you have the chance to win at more than one game.

Welcome! Lots of great support here. It was a life saver for me. I know for certain I'd still be drinking if I didn't stay close to this sight. I am constantly reading and post when I have insight or advice, etc.
