Angry Made it 9 days then Fumbled

I wouldn't call it a relapse because, I didn't get drunk. I made it 9 days, and had one drink last night I fell in to temptation. I don't feel knocked off I still have to fight everyday not to have another. Recovery is really hard but I'm working it. No matter how many times I fall.

9 days is good it's more than I have gotten to in about three years I guess all we can do is not drink today and keep doing it. If only it was as easy as it sounds.

I suspect the drink didn't magically materialise inches from your lips and then force them open Perhaps identify the thought processes and surroundings that lead up to it x

Hi Rilla

It sounds like you need a plan - without it one drink will lead to two and so on....
