Hello, I reckon.
Just stopped in here. Looking around a little bit. Might check out the chat here shortly.
Not real sure what to say. Like most people on here I'd assume, I have an alcohol problem. Stopped last night, wasn't really paying too much attention to the time but I know it was early. 8 or 9 pm.
Woke up and have been going through good ole withdrawal since about 3am I'd guess. Fun times. I can say it's not the worst I've ever gone through, but still not very fun. I'm up off of the floor and in a chair and typing though... so that's a start.

Helping myself first involved getting help from people who were already sober, because I sure didn't know how to do it.
Recovery/sobriety is much more than just not drinking.
