I am at 42 weeks sober now.

Counseling session set for this Friday.

Fall looks to be in the air so looking forward to cooler temps to work on outside training.

Made it through week one of college/pro football weekend. This was always a big tailgating/drinking time for me so I am making sure to get mentally prepared going into each weekend. It will always be one day at a time for me but I like to mentally account for any potential scenarios that may come my way.

Keep to your plans folks - we can do this!

Counseling is an integral part of my plan. I treat it like any other coach (i.e. fitness) and helps to keep me accountable.
