Hi Everyone, back again.... hope you all well even Saudi didn't cure me as found ways of obtaining the poison, tell you all again,, after a bender was given the ultimatum, quit or loose family and the missus will invoke a barring order. 10 days clean today, cravings very strong on and off, had problems sleeping for a about 6 days so physical/acute bit over its the phyco bit now as I know from before what's ahead of me, busy in work and busy with family evenings and weekends so all to live for. talk soon,

Welcome back. I've heard some dark stories about alcoholics and drug addicts in Saudi, be careful. Just because its illegal doesn't mean you can't find it in spades.

Thanks everyone for kind words and links, somehow this time seems different, hard to explain, I just don't see the point in drinking anymore, probably more educated now especially with the help of SR and information I read here. Kind off feel guilty of all the time wasted propping up the bar for 30 years plus: onwards and upwards, keeping busy as know long journey ahead but not thinking about it, making new plan and sticking with it. Thanks for all your support as greatly appreciated you beautiful friends.
