Another Exciting Sobriety Milestone

Hey all... been a while since I checked in. I've been super busy with summer life. Camping, running, beaching, surfing, bonfire-ing, gardening, traveling, vacationing, daddying.... and occasionally working, paying bills, doing housework, etc. in between.

But of course - not drinking.

And it's been a fantastic summer.

As we ease into the shorter days, longer nights and cooler temps of Fall, I'm beginning to use my SAD light in the mornings, take my 5HTP, exercise more, try to keep my defenses up against the slight seasonal doldrums.

Oh....

And I'm gonna be a DADDY AGAIN!!!!!

Yepper.... around the bend of two-and-a-half years sobriety and the milestones just keep getting better.

Congratulations! That is wonderful.

I don't mean to be a Debbie Downer but I have seen two different people who were very active in their recovery disappear after a birth. Babies are tough but without our recovery we will lose everything.
