Hello.
Hello.
I'm Zanna and although I don't drink every day, I tend to go over-board on Fridays and make a complete idiot of myself, all over the internet. I want to stop this while I still have friends left! I usually buy 4ltrs of cider and end up getting a taxi for another 4ltrs (usually finish those when I wake up Saturday). I hate how it makes me feel for days afterwards and I'm hoping that coming here instead, will stop me from being stupid.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Hi Zanna - great to have you join us
I think a lot of us can identify with that 'weekend warrior' thing.
You're a few days out from the next weekend - hanging around SR is a good start to doing something different.
Read and post as much as you like

Thank you REsoberAlity and Dee I gave up smoking 3 months ago and took up Vaping, so this weekend stupidity, is the next thing to go. I want to be 'me' again, once and for all
I completely understand. Stick around and post as often as you want/need to, especially if "weekend stupidity" tries to convince you join it. It's always helped me to post and read here when temptation came calling.

Hi Zanna! I'm so glad you joined us.
I started out having a problem on weekends only. Gradually the weekends continued into the week. In the end I was drinking every day. I knew I was headed for trouble - I should've done what you're doing & been honest with myself. Congrats on making this big decision. You can do it.
