Hi guys, I feel like I need to start a thread to say thank you. This forum is a rock for me. It is such a relief that I'm not alone. I fell asleep reading the forums last night. It was the only way I could get to sleep. I know that I can do this. Deep down. Really deep down. And it's because of here. Thanks

SR is my go to place - very frequently - don't ever stop coming back and if you feel your cravings are uncontrollable POST to let everyone know prior to picking up. They can help talk you through them.
