Has anyone noticed that since they got sober there urinating a lot?? Lol its only day 8 but ive been getting up at least two times a night to pee an still have to go when i wake up.. maybe its my body getting rid of all the beer and brandy lol

I do, but it's because I drink a LOT of water all day

Yes, I don't know the medical reason, but maybe its because our body was so used to being in a dehydrated state most of the time.

In addition to drinking more water, it's also true that when I was drinking I was too out of it once I "fell asleep" to recognize my bladder talking to me until I woke up for good, usually at 3:15 a.m. Now that I'm sober, I'm up a lot more often at night but usually go right back to sleep.

I consume a lot of water in a day, about 1 to 1 1/2 gallons so I never thought about it, you could ask your doc if you are concerned
