Day 1 again
Hello
Well it is Day 1 again. I had over three years sober and then thought I could drink a little again. Yep, stupid. I made that mistake previously after 1 year sober. So why I thought it would be different after 3 years I don't know. Anyway that was 6 or 7 months ago and the drinking has been steadily increasing in frequency and amount since then.
So, it's back to square one, or at least Day 1. Time to re-do the hard work of the first few days, weeks and months being sober. Dang!

Welcome back! Glad you decided to come back
Like Bug said, you definitely haven't lost those 3 years. 3 years of learning, and living sober. That's a great achievement! Just get back on and try again.
Wishing you lots of luck

Never mind, it happened, but you are starting
again, you know what to expect and know what
to do.
And seeing as the time we are in right now, you
should be able to give an Olympian effort!!
Everyone is here to help.
Good luck, ATB and courage!!

Emjay welcome back, I like Smart Recovery we do not get hung on a relapse, we know it is not easy and most people with addictions do not have a lifetime of continuous recovery. You know how to stay sober get back to a plan and stay with it.
