Just checked, 3 Weeks Today.
3 weeks, no weekend benders and just checking in.
Yesterday with an empty house and a ton of yard work to complete I considered picking up a bottle. Instead, I jumped on my trek and did a quick 5 mile around town, right past the liquor store.
There was a moment when I thought, while flying by, this is such a better way to spend my time. Came home energized, finished my work and made a huge pitcher of limeade.
I can feel and see myself healing, many miles ahead.
Thank you for all for the past words of encouragement, this community has turned out to be very helpful to me and I appreciate the time.
