Just feeling a bit poop. My head is whirling over and over, its what I would describe as feeling "unwell". I have to keep reminding myself that what other people think of me is not my business. I also have to remember that I cannot change the past.

I will be ok. Just needed to get this out there.

Don't beat yourself up blueberry. As a friend just reminded me on my own post, "This too shall pass." It's hard when we second-guess what others think of is, but the reality is we don't really know and our imaginations can take us to some strange places.

Ride it out or lean into it (another great piece of advice from this forum). Take care and hope you feel better soon....
