The Truth about Alcohol that no one want to know.

Interesting article I found on facebook. Lots of jokes about alcohol, but very rarely do you see the truth. I posted this article on my wall. How many likes and shares do you think it will get?

Thanks for posting this article. I crossed the long a long time ago when I started drinking and knew I was different. No know the right formula for me is to completely abstain. I have tried drinking in moderation and it does not work for me. I also take medication for my depression and OCD and shouldn't be mixing these drugs with alcohol. It's summertime now and there are a lot of commercials out there promoting booze to cool off and have fun. Enticing but I just don't drink anymore. If I do, it's a slip up, in my own household.

That article made me feel pretty anxious again , I guess that's not a bad thing in the sense that it deters me from wanting to drink but it does make me worried about what damage I've done to myself

I didn't see heart disease like alcoholic cardiomyopathy or congestive heart failure.
