I really need some support today/tonight. I am going on my 6th day sober day and I feel great. The only problem is, I have to work for the first time. The problem is? I work at a bar. I can't just pick up and quit being single and taking care of a farm. I know I can go in and not drink, the other bartenders don't drink AT ALL so that will be a big help. All I can do is put my resume together and find something else this week. I don't care what my regular customers think, my sobriety comes first. I hope everyone has a great sober weekend! I know I will with everyone's support!

Good luck PrincessinD, hopefully it will be busy enough for you to not have time to drink as well as work. I think you are right to find other employment in the long term

If you decide to leave your job and move on, I wish you luck with the job search. It's good that some of your co-workers don't drink at all either.
