I am carrying on at 90 days plus and I'm still new to recovery. I'd have to say my cravings have gone but I'm left with dealing with day to day issues and stresses in a whole new way. Today was the most difficult yet since I started on this journey. This is not my first try here at Sober Recovery, but this time around I am.attending meetings and counseling. I hit a pretty hard rock bottom and it is my time to grow and change. I still.ise sober recovery for when I can't get to a meeting or talk to my sponsor. I just want to thank you all.

Also every time I think to myself , "a drink or a pill would just take this pain away" I cringe...and think wow, I can't give in, I've come so far and I deserve to be happy. Problems and struggles only make us stronger and better. Ty

90 days was the first real milestone for me - I felt a change in the way I rleated to myself and to others...but I had a little ways to go in elarning how to deal with life and stress.

Don;t give up tho - you're doing great and it does absolutely get easier

I just did step 5 with my sponsor. I think it brought up some painful memories. I'm sure of it. Going to work on 6and 7 this weekend.
