Hello again everyone. Slept like a rock last night surprisingly, minus the one time I sat up with my heart racing, trying to figure out if I drank the day before... I didn't, I just took some valium I was prescribed for withdrawals. It usually take me about 3 weeks to start feeling normal again and able to sleep without some meds but it should be easier than last time considering I binged for a week instead of 5 or 6 days on, one day off for months at a time like I have done in the past. Thank you all for the responses yesterday, I really needed encouragement from those who understand. I luckily have a pretty busy day ahead of me to keep myself occupied but after a week of boozing, I am now broke and exhausted which won't make getting my life back on track any easier. But oh well, self inflicted. Right? Meeting tonight and hopefully some rest later. Have a good day, everyone.
