I think it's more difficult for men to open up about these things. I don't know why, perhaps it's a cultural thing but the fact still remains. Luckily though I am a goat

Forgive my humour but it helps me deal with this. This video is one of many around these issues that cuts very close to the bone for me. I'm always astounded when I find that.
