It doesn't make sense to post and then not talk about it. Not meaning to be rude.

So:
Ive been drinking. Too much. My running is horrible. My skin is starting to look bad. I gained a few pounds. Ive been "trying" to quit. "Trying" is not working. Ive been "trying" everyday now for months.
That is why I came here. Ill give today a solid effort and see where it gets me.

If I think too deeply about it, I am afraid Ill break down. I just dont want to do that to myself.
