Hello,
I haven't checked in here in a while, and the last time I did I was in a pretty bad place. I won't go in to details but it was enough for me to find an outpatient rehab and completed a ten week program. It was the best thing I ever did for myself. If anyone is having trouble doing it alone, I strongly suggest treatment! I never thought I could get to the place I am now. In the last four months I have really worked on myself, met some amazing people, and hardly ever think about drinking anymore. I still am humble, and take it one day at a time, but I can truly say this is the best I've ever felt. I will keep checking in here as well, because this website has helped me so much when I was at my lowest points. I know I am only 4 months sober today, but I know life only gets better and better! My prayers are with you all.

Good for you and congratulations!! 4 months is great! I also went to rehab (inpatient) and it was the scariest and best decision I ever made. Glad you're doing well.
