I feel so terrible
So this week has been pretty busy for my youngest DD who is 10. Ballgames on odd nights, etc. I just took she and my other daughter lunch, and she said something that made me realize she thinks today is Thursday, not Friday. She is at her dads this weekend.
I told her, and she was very disappointed. After I left, my other DD called me and told me she is in her room, crying. I called her, she said she is fine, however, she is crying.
I feel so bad. I hate that kids have to go stay the night at a parents house that they don't want to. I hate all of this. My heart just breaks for her. Before anyone suggests, yes, she has to go. No, she is not going to call her dad and tell her she does not want to come, nor am I. It just does not work that way.
Hopefully she will cheer up some this afternoon. I've been worried about her, she seems to spend a lot of time by herself. However, she is also social and has a blast with friends too, so I don't know. We have counseling this week, good thing. Sigh.

I hope she started feeling better, Hopeful. It's really hard to see our kids in pain, especially when it's nothing we can help them through other than letting them know we love them. Hugs
