stupid question
I Don't know why, but this is important to me. My last sip of wine was last Thursday at 901am. I thought that was day 1. But if today is day 6 tomorrow would be a week. I thought Thursday would be a week. So question is, is it day 5 or 6. Sounds silly but keeps me focused. Thanks in advance

Im confused over my own so I couldn't answer haha.
It adds to the confusion when everyone on here is in different time zones and thinks you are either a day on or a day behind than what you think. Im in England. Its Tuesday night, I would say day 5.

Me too..Im just a week today, it feels fantastic doesn't it?
I count the first day with no drink at all as day 1. So that would be Friday for you wouldn't it?
Tomorrow, Wed will be day 6. Then Thursday will be day 7..a week...cos there can't be 2 Thursdays in a week haha And on Thursday you would have had every day of that last week alcohol free

Thank you and I am glued to this site..gym or bus..lol. The good thing is I haven't had urges yet, the bad thing is I haven't been tested yet. For the past 3 years I thought I was losing my coop. Even when I did medical detox, soon as I got home that fear was there. So far this time I saved my home and am stress free. My biggest fear is, what will I do my first stressful situation?? Definately, learning new ways before I am forced to..

Thank you and I am so grateful for this site. I felt so alone in my disease since none of my family or friends are addicts. Reading through pages and pages, it is comforting to see all the success stories and know I am not alone. Ironically, I was a detox counselor in a rehab, drinking wine all day and night. I would say to myself, I hope that's never me. Dumbest me...wake up girl..that is you. Now enjoying life and grabbing every tool possible to live a sober happy life
