The Rhythm of the Weekender July 8th Part 1
SR has a rhythm to it. The weekender has a rhythm to it. We all do. Ups and downs. Good and bad. I have come to appreciate the dichotomies in my life. Without them I would never know the other.
But it's time to swing the other way a bit. There has been a lot of struggling on SR in this latest cycle. This weekend let's let loose a little. Remind ourselves of our favorites songs and share them. Or share what every you choose.
If you are struggling, this does not mean we won't have an ear. Nope. We are always here for each other. Speak up no matter what. As LB says get permission to drink first here.

P.s., Wikipedia says that the use of the phrase sometimes suggests "success in sexual seduction." Rest assured, as a man whose marriage is approaching its 19th year, that is not the sense in which I use it.

In of course...
I slept in till 7 - needed it...
I made blueberry (fresh picked) pancakes and for Nonsensical - one full pound of BACON! MrsLB has a full day which of course affects my schedule...
only made pancakes cause she had to get up... and is out the door...
I am supposed to keep my phone close by... okay...
Mesa, a second thought came to mind. In the dark walking around in the high desert with a big cat stalking you... a sawed off shotgun comes to mind rather than loud noise maker... and there are pistols that shoot scatter rounds, I'm sure lunar will post a pic of one...
