Life changing books
I have a deep indomitable believe in the work by John E Sarno (healing back pain, mind body prescription, The Divided Mind and Steven Ray Ozanich , The Great Pain Deception .
It wasn't always that way .
I have had John Sarno books for a few years but never really" got into them " but having read The great Pain Deception things have changed as this book works together with the Sarno books as many references are made to him and his books .
I will spare you any details as it is quite involved but I highly recommend a read at the above .( not just for pain but many other symptoms )
When you understand the connection between mind body something happens , something good .
I'm itching to go into this here because i'm exited but I won't ., I bed your glad .
Have a good day .

Dee over the years I have read many self help books and online methods always thought " this is the one " only to find myself in the same boat ( excess anxiety symptoms) a week or 2 later . This stuff is different though . The correlation between what they describe here ( TMS) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tension_myositis_syndrome
and Fibromyalgia is striking ( doctors said I have fibromyalgia because they cant find a reason for wide spread aches and pains ) .
Thanks
