First day without any therapy tomorrow

Hi all

Hope you're all having a good and positive weekend.

Just a post really to say that I've been attending recovery therapy every day this week and tomorrow is the first day in a week that I don't have it. I feel at a loss what to do with myself! I don't want to relapse, and even though I don't feel like drinking - I'm scared I'll find myself in a situation where I might. I don't know if that makes sense.

I really enjoy the treatment program I've been put on - I was very resistant to even going once, but since I've been I've met so many wonderful people and it's given me a purpose and strength I never knew I had.

From Monday I'm on a 12 week intensive course where I go every day, 6 days a week - so I only have 1 day per week where I have to fill the time.

Anyway, not sure what the point of my post is, just that I'm nervous really.

Hello

On the days you have free wake up every morning listen to meditation music and do some stretches I swear by this it calms you and you'll have a great day knowing you have done something for sobriety. I used to go to Walmart and they had a stand to listen to each cd which I loved it helped me find something I actually liked. I did this for years during rehab and at home it just reminds me of clearing my head and letting go.
