One gentleman in one of my two groups says this every time he speaks in a meeting. Just the other day, after a meeting where I left a few minutes early (before the serenity prayer), he asked me why I do that. I don't always (this time I had to pee; I am up to staying for the whole thing 75% of the time vs about 0% when I first started going to meetings) and reminded me of exactly this. So, he said, you need to stay til the end, every time.

I agree 100% FO, the secret is that there is no secret. Its commitment, dedication, prioritizing and utilizing the resources at your disposal.

Like most things in life, great things are achieved through plain old hard work.
