28 Weeks
I am at 28 weeks sober now. I am feeling good about my progress but know I can not get complacent. It is a daily battle to keep the AV suppressed and locked away but I will continue to work my plan.
Counseling session next Friday. Continued focus on getting in shape. Renewed effort and focus at work. Reinforcing coping skills. Checking into this site everyday.
Stick to your plans....we can do this!

Really pleased to read this IronPhoenix, you are doing so well sticking to your plan and creating healthy patterns. Thank you for your weekly posts, they are a great inspiration to me as I am sure they are to others.
Apologies if you mentioned this in the past, my memory is suffering recently, do you have specific fitness goals or are you just generally working on getting in shape?
