I'm not a gambler but I can see how gambling can draw you in. You win once or twice then believe that it will happen again. You get really close then feel sure it's got to be the next game.
Those people who set up gambling websites are smart! And they set the rules and they're not going to let you win too much. They want to walk away with a profit. Quit now before it sucks you in and you waste your hard earned money.

Agree. I replaced drinking with gambling before. It's not a viable long term plan. Losing feels as bad as a hangover. I would suggest a program of recovery, counseling, exercise, journaling, etc. to replace the bad habits. Hang in there.
