Welcome. I don't know about detoxing from adderall, but I imagine detoxing from anything you're dependent on is no picnic. Hang in there . Do you have a plan going forward to stay sober? NA?

Well finding this site was my first step and I have no plans as of yet so I guess it's 1 day at a time.

Hello and welcome. Yes, you do have a plan. One day at a time. That's a good plan and it's been working for me for over five years now. Those days add up.
But, it may take action on your part. Coming here and admitting you have a problem is a good start.
There are recovery programs you may want to look into, I've found AA is a great one for me.
As said above, NA could be an option for you.
I wish you the best and stick around.

Welcome wolflvr36!

I'm sorry you're in pain. Please keep in mind, as you go through this... you never have to do it again. It may give you the strength you need to make it into recovery.

I kept telling myself, I'm one step closer to living my life without this monkey on my back.

Best wishes to you.
