Back to day one
I got sick and tired of being sick and tired.
You also can find that place.
Good luck.
A nice sober day wished for all,
Bob
Embrace, I've been in your bottle-a-day shoes and no, it's not a way to live. Plenty of people here have had a lot of Day 1's, and many of them ultimately became sober. It took inpatient rehab for me, but that's not for everyone. Aside from the cravings (which can be helped with medication, at least at first), I think the hardest thing about quitting is filling the time when you used to drink. Try lining up some distractions so you won't fall into the "it's 5 o'clock" trap. We're here for you!
Then use SR. Daily. Throughout the day if needed. Join the June newcomers class.

We can and will support you, but ultimately you need to make the choice today, for this day... And those days will add up. Commit to today. I found that posting daily really helps... It's what keeps me accountable to my commitment today.. And those days for me have now added up to triple digits. You can do this.
