Please don't suffer in silence even if you don't sign up do seek help it is there I promise, I thought I was truly a lost cause and I wouldn't see past 30 & almost didn't... i'm 34 now so believe me when I say things change maybe not overnight maybe not after a year but things will change slowly and know you can do it, know you are worth it & ultimately know that thier are people out here who care, I know I care and am not alone in caring
