Thanks for the well wishes soberwolf! I personally had some very bad news last night but it solidified my commitment to sobriety.

Today I slept in, went to the pool and had a la croix - others were drinking but it honestly did not trigger me at all - I felt good being in my right mind.

I realized last night that the state of being relatively SANE is precious and should be treasured.

Im doing ok SW Found myself dangerously bored this evening, not good coz when I feel bored the temptation to rebel and be naughty is overwhelming lol. I sat with my feelings, acknowledged them, and went to a meeting instead

Doing good. A little hot. The ex came and picked up some of her stuff from our old place. Haven't seen her in almost 2 and a half years. That was a bit awkward but ok. I talked to my sponsor and G/F about it. Had a mental health day from work as I'm feeling a bit shot. A little sad as I heard about a couple relapses today.

I didn't use today, I can look in the mirror, and I don't feel like killing myself. I get a second chance when I become irritable with my G/F and I can own my part, apologize, and try to do better.

It's a good day.

I'm great! Finally home with my daughter in bed. My hubby is in a party so I have the house to myself with doggies. I'm snuggling with them.

Memorial Day weekend here I. The States so looking forward to an extra weekend day.
