i got on my knees this this morning and prayed. i want serenity, peace and sobriety. i have ben on a month of binging, and am so sad, it is so miserable being like this, lonely, and scared. i pray today for sobriety, for myself and others like me.

I have done the same Meangirl and it helps. I am defeated by alcohol, lost. Have you ever read the 3rd step prayer? Its a good one.
