Going back to work

Well my stint in outpatient rehab is coming to a close. I've got 106 days. I go back on the 25th of this month. Trying not to dread it. I'm not sure how I'm gonna function in the stressful environment. I like the "God is my employer" part of AA cause it's better than my current employer. I've been a half assed worker. Can I change? Can I be on my higher power's clock? My higher power is Reality right now. It was David Bowie for the first couple months.

Press, I found dealing with a stressful environment in sobriety to be much easier than with hangovers. Hope that's helpful.

Congrats on 106 days, Pressmetilihurt. That's amazing. I know it's still a few days away but keep us updated on work when you do start back.

And I think an omnipotent David Bowie would make a wonderful higher power.

Just put your best foot forward and the rest will work out. Good luck.
