Day 42 and life is looking good
So I've got to day 42, the last fortnight has gone pretty quickly. I just wanted to say to anyone coping with the forst few days or anyone in relapse that just can't get started again, please dooo it!
No its not all been a bed of roses and no I'm nowhere near as far along in sobriety as a lot of people here but I really feel so much better. I have some tired days but a lot of the mental fogginess and general unease with myself has lifted.
I'm renegotiating relationships which is not easy but it is all part of growing as a person and moving forward in life.
I've stagnated too long just going through the motions and now is the time for me and hopefully for you too.
