I bought this book by author S. Gawain in town instead of beer but only just. It was outside on a table and I flicked through it. It looks good and has practical exercises.

It's about trusting your intuition (I am an ACo) which is ironic based on the nature of the day that I've had:" Living in the Light". I decided to buy it instead of beer with the intention of doing the exercise I happened to flick the page unto instead of drinking, but I am still unsure which way it will go.

This book is a classic IMO, my first read of it's kind and very instrumental in my spiritual journey. I hope it planted a "seed."
