Very Tired at Day 5

It's Tuesday in the world of us. Finally got some sleep but that was when I only got 2 hours of sleep. Sucks to wake up and your eyes are all bloodshot. Good thing, I didn't wore my contacts. My meeting at work second meeting with other people is today which I wish it was yesterday to get over it. Dee54 was right about one of his posting to my thread that "FEAR" is a good reminder to me that if I start drinking alcohol bad things are surely to come.

I'm not really work today but if I don't come in then my addiction will come able sooner because then I would not have to face my result of my bad choices when drinking alcohol which in turn more and more hiding behind alcohol and not trying to be a better me.

So it's Day 5 for me and finally got 2 straight hours of sleep.

The insomnia is rough - hang in there. At least you aren't hungover! Deep breaths! This too shall pass.

I'm on day 7 and last night was my first night of 'good' sleep. Sometimes it can take longer. Sleep deprivation is tough, especially when dealing with other stresses like work. Maybe talk to your dr?

Day 5 is brilliant folks! Some self credit needed. Also some of the hardest days of all under your belt, well done.
Hopefully the physical stuff will ease soon.
xx

Good job on 5 days! You're making the right decision to stay sober and go to work! Keep up the good work!
