I'm trying to stay positive and give this another shot but I can't help but feel like it's impossible.. I try so hard to get my mind right but I can convince myself otherwise in a heartbeat .. I just want to shake this problem and never deal with it again but I know that's impossible too ugh.. Day 1 and I'm working on a plan.. I want this and that's why I'm writing here.. I need to hold myself accountable!

Stay strong. It is possible. We are here for you. It does get wonderful. It is very hard but you can do it.

Trust me...if I can do it, you can do it. That first day was the hardest for me. It's almost like an insurmountable obstacle. It's like it's hopeless. Why even try because it looks impossible. But own that first day and you got this! There IS freedom. There IS life.
