day 4 headache

So this is usually the day that I give in. An just like clock work I got so frustrated with worm and my son I alllllmost gave in. But I didnt.. instead I said "no matter how upset I am alcohol or cigarettes isn't an option for me" I let the craving ride out. After work I decided to take my daughter out for dinner. I got a awful headache that came on around mid afternoon and I'm so tired I just want to eat and go home an get in bed.. today was a bad day but not as bad as it would be if I drink..

Headaches are pretty common in early recovery but they will pass Toni. Hang in there
