Final day 4

I feel like absolute crap this morning.
It took hours for me to fall asleep last night and these damn brain zaps are driving me crazy. My brain is in a constant shiver from withdrawing from the meds which was more than 2 weeks ago I might add, even though i had a 4 day bender during that time and i'm hanging on to sanity by a thread. I'm not gonna drink and i dont even want one but I do need some damn hope. Sorry for the rant but this is getting ridiculous.
Hope everyone is well.

Great job on 4 days. I'm sure it is difficult. I take an SSRI and forgot to take them for 3 days and the withdrawal started to occur, it was weird. My situation is a little different as I take them to keep me calm. I will need to take them for the duration of my life.

Keep at it Dim. Withdrawals stink but they are temporary. Make sure you take care of yourself too - try and eat some healthy foods, drink plenty of water, take a walk or get some light exercise, etc. I had really bad sleep problems after I quit too but they will absolutely get better over time. It just takes a while for your brain to get used to not being sedated or medicated all the time.
