I believe they're Tuesdays and Fridays at 9 EST. That's what it looks like from here. I'm not sure if there are other times too.

No other times.

The Meetings are always posted in the Chat Meetings and Discussion Forum.

You can always use the chat room, but meetings are just twice a week.

There is a chat room that's open 24/7. People come and go all at all times. Feel free to just hang out in there and sooner or later somebody will stop by. I'm in there a bunch.
