First time

Was going on strangers? Im new to this message board thing and would like to become more active, as this might be a tool that I can use to help in recovery. I have been sober since the thirtieth of March and am currently struggling in my mind about a nice cold brew. Any help from you all will be greatly appreciated. Also do I need to tell my story or do I just post, hoping that you guys can relate?

Telling your story can help others to relate to you and give more specific advice. Or you can just post .. but I'd recommend giving some detail ... you are anonymous after all, people here can't hurt you.

Welcome to SR, helpisneeded268. Feel free to tell us as much or as little as you'd like. I know that sharing my story with another alcoholic who understands what I'm going through is very beneficial for me. Congrats on 1+ month of continuous sobriety, by the way. That's amazing!

Hi your sober date is very close to mine. Everyone is helpful here and SR has helped me a lot. I log in daily, sometimes to post but sometimes just read and appreciate how lucky I am to have started to tackle my drinking head on.
